Bray Wyatt squared off against LA Knight in a Pitch Black match at the Royal Rumble tonight. The entire arena turned dark with only the ring covered in a glow for the match. Bray Wyatt donned several neon colors for the match as well. Wyatt won the match with a Sister Abigail.
Bray Wyatt donned a new mask after the match was over. Wyatt then went after LA Knight, who tried to stop him with kendo sticks to the head. The impact didn’t register and the two went into the equipment area. Wyatt downed Knight with a mandible claw.
Uncle Howdy appeared from above and took out Knight with an elbow drop from the top, destroying Knight and the wooden floor in the process Smoke and fire emerged from the point of impact. The segment ended with the Firefly Fun House puppets watching the carnage from above.
As Bray Wyatt and @RealLAKnight met in the first-ever @MountainDew Pitch Black Match at #RoyalRumble, Uncle Howdy made a big splash!
Uncle Howdy first appeared in flesh on the December 16, 2022, edition of SmackDown. Howdy showed up during Bray Wyatt’s segment with LA Knight that night. Howdy even attacked Bray Wyatt, much to the shock of Knight, on the December 30, 2022, edition of the blue brand.
